Not sure if this goes for stores in Europe as well but for the time being Games Workshop stores will not be getting any Forgeworld product beyond what is available now. The announcement of the Horus Heresy books had many in my local gaming group excited as we could get the book from our store and then pool our money to buy kits we want and save on shipping.Īpparently Forgeworld sent out a e-mail to GW customer service informing them that the Horus heresy books would be available from Forgeworld only.

GW stores used to be able to order other things for customers but Forgeworld put an end to this because they felt they could give better customer service (at least this is one of the reasons given but I have been told there are other financial considerations as well).Īs of now GW bunkers can carry Forgeworld books and that is pretty much it. Not too long ago there were rumors going around about Forgeworld product being sold in various US stores, To some extent this is done now with only Forgeworld books. I have a little information for you concerning the upcoming Horus Heresy books from Forgeworld. Via Faeit 212 'Must Remain Anonymous Source' With the rumors that Forgeworld books will be available through GW outlets, its no wonder why people are excited on getting into the Horus Heresy books. The availability of the upcoming Forgeworld books has been on the minds of many people.
